How do I pay?

Invoices are emailed prior to commencement of work and payable within 7 days. Depending on your needs and the services you’ve selected, invoicing can occur weekly, fortnightly, monthly or according to a project’s timeline and agreement. For example, retainer packages are payable monthly in advance. Additional hours are invoiced at the same hourly rate, at the end of the monthly period. Retainer packages are non-refundable once any work at all has commenced All work is tracked and and an itemised report is sent to you with each invoice.  Payment instructions are detailed on invoice

How do I cancel?

Sometimes, things change and you might need to put services on hold. Please send an email and we will end your contract. If you have paid for a monthly retainer, your advance payment will not be refunded if any work has commenced, or more than 5 business days have passed during the monthly period. Cancellation of project and ad-hoc work will cease immediately, and an invoice will be issued for all the work completed up until the point of cancellation, with a minimum of one hour charged if any work has commenced.

What are your hours?

Generally speaking I am available Monday - Friday business hours. However, I like to work in a flexible environment so please be assured that once you 'lock me in' for certain times that is essential to your business I will be here! I will review the needs of retainer clients and allocate regular blocks of time each week, so that you know I will be available for you. This also allows me to evenly distribute the hours purchased through the month to suit your needs. I also work quietly in the background like a mouse, clicking away at times outside of business hours if task timelines are not business critical. For any project work, I work the hours required to get work done, within the agreed timeframes.

We use custom software, can you work with us?

I love the opportunity to learn something new! I would welcome the opportunity to receive training from your appointed provider or undergo self-driven learning via resources provided by you. Please set me up as a user on your systems with a password and we're off! We can also edit live documents and share documents in cloud based systems.

How often will we communicate with each other?

As much as you want within your allocated hours. We can use chat systems, Zoom meetings and I will also give you a Work In Progress email each week to update you on projects. Call/email me just as you would in an office environment.

Does a contract or agreement need to be signed?

As part of the onboarding process, I will send you an agreement outlining the package and scope of work agreed by both parties.   The service agreement must be signed prior to start of the agreed services.  A confidentiality clause is included in the contract which remains in place after the work or project is completed.

How do I get started?

To start with, I suggest purchasing a set number of hours.  This will identify how long tasks take to complete and training if required etc.  Once we start working with each other, we can adjust the hours to suit your business and select the most cost-effective package.  I will then issue you a Service Agreement.  Please book a free consultation/discovery call and we can get to know each other, and you can tell me about your business.
