Project outline from client

 

  • Create an organisational board in Trello to workflow all patient weekly tasks 

  • Create an Onboarding Procedure board for new staff in Trello.  Include company assets, resources, templates, documents and SOPs 

  • Create a client Policy and Procedure document

  • Create a Little Smiles welcome letter with photos and graphics and include a Medicare Information checklist to assist new clients

Create Trello Board for Podcast workflows

My Client has a weekly podcast and required a workflow that would ease the overwhelm of tasks required each week in a Project Management tool.  I created a Trello board and included links to the podcasts, podcast library, and task workflow to enable her to keep track of resources, and flow of tasks for timely outcomes.
